This is a pattern for my Forget Me Not Bum Bag! It is detailed and includes many photos for those that are more visual learners! I have classified this pattern to be at an intermediate level. Though I think an advanced beginner could give it a try :)
This pattern is written in US terms (English) - You should know the following stitches for this pattern: chain, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet and triple crochet.
There is a sewing section to add a lining/zipper which is shown with the use of a sewing machine, but it can be hand sewn as well :). The lining is entirely optional.
I use worsted weight level 4 cotton yarn but you are welcome to use any yarn you would like. (Approx 166g/315.4 yds)
Other materials used include: - Cotton Fabric (approx. 30” x 30”) - 18” All Purpose Coil Zipper (zipper will need to be cut to size and will be sewn over so zipper with metal or hard plastic teeth won't work for what I show) - Two 1/2” D rings - Two swivel hooks with 1 1/2” inner width
Dimensions: Bag - Approx L 15” x W 8” Strap - Approx L 27” (with swivel hooks) x W 2 1/4” (strap length is easily adjustable).
